Experienced partner sought for a dual compliance/regulatory and litigation practice based in New Jersey. The role will focus on privacy & data protection, regulatory matters and related litigation work for a broad range of clients.

The successful candidate will join a well‑resourced team, advising on regulatory risk, enforcement response and contested matters. You will lead client engagements, mentor junior lawyers and work cross‑functionally with technology and compliance teams.

Portable business is welcomed; the firm is seeking a partner who can bring or quickly develop a market presence in the relevant practice areas.

Established partner-level experience in privacy/data protection, regulatory work and litigation.
Proven track record advising on enforcement, compliance programs and contested matters.
Leadership skills: client development, team management and mentoring junior lawyers.
Admission to practice in New Jersey or eligible for admission; strong US bar credentials preferred.
Portable practice or demonstrable business development capability desirable.
