Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a Compliance & Regulatory and Litigation practice from the firm’s Philadelphia office. The role blends regulatory counseling, privacy/data protection work, and contentious matters across regulated industries.

The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary team advising U.S. and international clients on regulatory exposures, cross-border data/privacy issues, and related enforcement or litigation risks. The position offers significant client-facing responsibility and the opportunity to shape a growing practice group.

Established partner-level experience in regulatory compliance and commercial litigation, with substantive work on privacy/data-protection matters.
Proven track record of handling enforcement, investigatory, or regulatory litigation matters.
Strong client-development skills; portable business or a demonstrated ability to build a book of business preferred.
Bar admission in Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain local admission.
