Leading US law firm seeks a partner to join its Phoenix office to strengthen a cross-practice team handling regulatory, compliance and technology-related litigation matters. The role will focus on counseling clients on privacy, data-protection and regulatory disputes, and litigating high-stakes matters in those areas.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative group that works closely with national teams across compliance, investigations and technology. This is a partner-track lateral role for an experienced lawyer who can both lead complex matters and contribute to business development.

Partner-level experience in regulatory litigation, privacy/data protection and related compliance matters
Bar admission in the hiring jurisdiction and ability to practice in Arizona (or willingness to become admitted)
Proven track record of leading litigation matters and supervising associates
Business development capability and an established, portable practice or client relationships
Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams on regulatory and technology issues
