Lateral Partner — Compliance & Regulatory, Litigation (Sioux Falls)

Senior partner-level opening for an attorney to lead and grow a compliance and regulatory practice with a litigation focus in Sioux Falls. The role will advise on regulatory matters, privacy and data-protection issues, and related contentious work, while managing and mentoring a small team.

The position calls for an experienced lawyer who will handle high‑stakes regulatory and litigation matters, develop client relationships, and collaborate with national practice groups as needed. Opportunity is available for candidates with a portable practice or established client relationships.

• Established partner-level experience in regulatory/compliance and litigation matters, including privacy/data-protection work.
• Proven client development and business-generation ability; experience managing client relationships.
• Track record of supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and working with cross-functional teams.
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or willingness to transfer/obtain admission.
