Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established US law firm’s Compliance & Regulatory team in New York. The role focuses on advising clients across regulatory matters, counseling on compliance programs, and handling enforcement, investigations and regulatory risk issues.

The successful candidate will help lead and grow the practice, working closely with senior lawyers and clients to develop solutions and drive business development. A portable practice or existing client relationships are welcome and will be supported.

Admission to practice in New York or equivalent jurisdiction
Established partner-level experience advising on regulatory and compliance matters
Demonstrable client development and relationship-management skills; portable practice welcomed
Strong judgment on enforcement, investigations and regulatory risk issues, with proven leadership and team-management ability
