Lateral Partner — Compliance & Regulatory (Philadelphia)

Seeking a partner to lead and grow a regulatory and compliance practice from the Philadelphia office. The role will advise on cross-border and domestic regulatory matters, with particular emphasis on energy, environmental and healthcare regulatory work.

Ideal candidates will have experience counseling clients on cybersecurity/privacy, data protection, and international trade issues as they intersect with regulated industries. This is a partner track role where developing business and working with multidisciplinary teams across practice groups is expected.

A portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships is beneficial.

• Established partner-level experience in regulatory and compliance matters, ideally with work involving energy and environmental or healthcare sectors.
• Track record advising on privacy, cybersecurity and international trade issues connected to regulated industries.
• Proven ability to originate or grow client relationships and collaborate across practice teams.
• Admission to practice in a relevant U.S. jurisdiction or equivalent qualifications.
