Leading international firm seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Compliance & Regulatory team based in Riyadh. The role will lead regulatory advisory work across the region, advise on compliance frameworks and interact with government and regulatory stakeholders.

The partner will manage and grow a team, own high‑value client relationships, and drive business development in Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East. The firm welcomes candidates with an established portable practice.

Established partner-level experience in regulatory and compliance matters, ideally with exposure to Saudi Arabian or regional law and regulators.
Proven track record of business development and managing client relationships; comfortable owning a portable practice.
Experience leading teams and supervising complex cross-border matters.
Strong verbal and written communications in English; Arabic language skills advantageous.
