Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Compliance & Regulatory team in San Francisco. The role focuses on advising clients on regulatory risk, compliance programs, and regulatory interactions across a range of industries.

The partner will lead matters, develop client relationships and collaborate with cross‑office teams on complex regulatory issues. This is an opportunity to join a well‑resourced practice with national platform and established regulatory capabilities.

Established partner with a portable compliance/regulatory practice or demonstrable ability to originate and grow client relationships.
Significant experience counseling clients on regulatory and compliance matters.
Active bar admission in California or ability to obtain admission.
Strong project and team leadership skills; excellent client development and communication abilities.
