Senior partner hire to lead and grow a Compliance & Regulatory and Technology practice in Muscat, with a primary focus on privacy and data protection. This role combines client-facing work, regulatory advisory and practice leadership across Oman and the wider GCC.

The successful candidate will build and mentor a local team, develop the practice's footprint in the region, and work closely with cross-border colleagues on complex regulatory and technology matters. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships in the region are welcomed.

Proven partner-level experience advising on compliance, regulatory and technology matters, with a focus on privacy/data protection.
Track record of business development and managing client relationships in Oman/GCC or similar markets.
Experience building and leading teams and working with international cross-border practices.
Strong regulatory and commercial judgment; familiarity with regional data protection and compliance frameworks.
