The office is actively recruiting senior hires to build its Construction & Infrastructure, Corporate Commercial and Labour & Employment capabilities, with a particular emphasis on front-end construction work and regional corporate practices.

The firm is prioritizing candidates who can contribute immediately through an existing portable practice and who can help grow teams in Vancouver (and selectively Toronto). There is flexibility on partnership structure — equity or income arrangements are available depending on experience and book strength.

Ideal moves include individual partners with a portable client base or small partner-led teams that provide ready-made capacity and cross-practice synergies (construction, project finance, corporate/commercial, and employment).

Established senior lawyer with a portable practice in construction, corporate commercial or employment law.
Track record of originating and sustaining client relationships; full book not mandatory but demonstrable business generation required.
Comfort working in a growth-focused, entrepreneurial environment and contributing to team-building and cross-office integration.
Open to joining as equity or income partner depending on book and fit; team moves encouraged (partner plus associates).
