Growing construction & infrastructure practice in Vancouver seeks a lateral partner to lead and expand owner/developer-side construction litigation work. The team handles high-value construction disputes and related contracting/procurement matters on major real estate, institutional and infrastructure projects.

The role offers immediate involvement on complex files for owners, developers and institutional clients, and a platform to develop contractor-side work as the group grows. The team values strong technical litigation skills, commercial judgment, and business development capability.

Established construction litigation partner with a track record on large-scale real estate, institutional or infrastructure matters
Proven business development ability or a portable practice focused on owner/developer or infrastructure clients
Excellent drafting, advocacy and client-management skills
Admission to practice in British Columbia (or eligibility and willingness to relocate)
