Lateral Partner, Commercial Real Estate & Employment — Vancouver

Senior partner role for an established Vancouver practice combining commercial real estate and labour & employment work. The role will lead client matters across transactional and advisory mandates while growing a cross-practice commercial offering.

The successful candidate will have a visible market profile in the region, take responsibility for originating and managing client relationships, and mentor a small team of associates and counsel. • Proven partner-level experience advising on commercial real estate and labour & employment matters in Canada
• Track record of originating and closing client work; strong business development and relationship-management skills
• Ability to manage a team and supervise junior lawyers
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
