Lateral Partner, Corporate & Real Estate - Vancouver

Leading global law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Vancouver office to grow corporate/transactional and real estate capabilities. The role will sit within established corporate and real estate teams and offers opportunity to develop competition/antitrust work alongside those practices.

Ideal candidates will be entrepreneurial, client-focused and able to bring and develop fee‑paying relationships. The firm is considering hires opportunistically and welcomes partners who can both service an active transactional real estate roster and originate new commercial and competition matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships
• Substantive experience in corporate/transactional and/or commercial real estate matters; competition/antitrust experience an asset
• Self-sufficient partner able to generate work and integrate with existing teams
