Senior partner opportunity in a growing Construction & Infrastructure group at a well‑regarded Canadian firm. The team handles a mix of procurement/contracting advisory and construction litigation for owners, developers and institutional clients on large real estate, institutional and infrastructure projects.
This is an opportunistic, always‑open lateral partner search seeking a senior lawyer who can expand the practice’s owner/developer and contractor work across complex capital and resource projects. The role suits a partner with an established client base and the ability to bring or lead a small team.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established track record in construction, infrastructure or procurement matters
- Experience advising owners/developers and institutional clients on large, complex projects
- Ability to develop and mentor junior lawyers and contribute to practice growth
Where the match is not obvious from the description, it is usually still worth talking — the specification tends to follow the practice.
