Leading national litigation practice is seeking a partner to join its Vancouver office with a focus on securities litigation, white-collar matters, regulatory enforcement and class actions. The role will sit within a broad commercial litigation team that handles cross‑jurisdictional matters for institutional and corporate clients.

We are looking for a partner comfortable managing high‑stakes disputes and regulatory investigations, advising on enforcement risk, and supervising or building a small team. Group hires (partner plus associates/support) are welcome to enable a smoother integration and immediate capacity.

Appointment options include equity or fixed capital partnership depending on circumstances. Compensation and entry terms are committee‑determined and consider financial contributions alongside non‑billable leadership and mentoring; limited guarantees or transitional units may be used in some cases.

Established partner-level litigator with a proven practice in securities litigation, regulatory enforcement, white-collar defence or class actions.
Track record of originating or portable work and willingness to develop client relationships across Canada.
Experience managing teams and supervising associates on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters.
Strong oral and written advocacy and familiarity with regulatory processes and investigations.
