Leading, growth-oriented Canadian law firm is building its Vancouver platform and seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its Construction & Infrastructure capability, with additional opportunities across corporate commercial and labour & employment. The role emphasizes front‑end construction work, project finance and complex contract drafting rather than construction disputes.

There is flexibility on structure: equity or income partner arrangements are available depending on the strength and portability of the candidate’s practice. The team is open to partner-led group moves and candidates who can help scale the regional practice across Vancouver (with activity also in Toronto).

Established partner-level lawyer with a portable construction/infrastructure or corporate commercial practice
Proven experience drafting complex construction contracts, project finance or related front‑end project work
Business development capability and a track record of growing client relationships; team moves are preferred
Good fit for candidates with regional ties (Prairies experience viewed positively); flexible arrangements (equity or income partnership) for the right candidate
