Leading international law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Dubai construction team. The role will focus on high-value infrastructure and construction matters across the region, advising sponsors, contractors and financiers on complex projects.

The team handles contentious and non-contentious mandates and offers significant market visibility. The firm is looking for a senior hire who can contribute strategic leadership to the practice and help expand regional capability.

Proven partner-level construction practice with regional experience in the UAE/GCC.
Track record on infrastructure and major construction projects, including contentious and non-contentious work.
Established client relationships and a demonstrable portable practice or business development capability.
Strong drafting, negotiation and team leadership skills; ability to mentor senior associates.
