Leading international firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Paris disputes team, focusing on construction and international arbitration matters. The role will handle complex, cross-border construction disputes and high-value arbitration cases across the energy and infrastructure sectors.

The successful candidate will join an established arbitration practice and work closely with a multi-jurisdictional team. A portable practice or proven ability to originate and develop arbitration work is welcome.

  • Established partner-level experience in construction arbitration and international arbitration.
  • Track record of leading complex, cross-border disputes, preferably with energy/infrastructure exposure.
  • Ability to develop business and work effectively within a global, multi-disciplinary team.
  • Fluency in French and English preferred; admission to practice in a relevant jurisdiction.
