Lateral Partner — Construction Litigation, Orlando

Opportunity for a lateral partner-level attorney to join a well-established construction litigation practice in Orlando. The role focuses on representing owners, contractors, and other stakeholders in complex construction disputes, including trial and appellate work.

This is a partnership-track / counsel-level opening for a candidate with significant construction-litigation experience who can handle high-stakes matters independently. There is no mandatory portable book of business, although a portable practice or client relationships are welcomed and will be considered.

• Established experience in construction litigation — trials, arbitrations, and appeals preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases and mentor junior lawyers
• Active bar admission in Florida or ability to become admitted
• Business development capability preferred; portable client relationships welcome but not required
