Seeking a partner to lead and expand a construction and real estate litigation practice in an established Albuquerque office. The role focuses on commercial construction disputes, claims management, and related real estate litigation across state and regional matters.

Work will include courtroom and ADR advocacy, managing client relationships, supervising associates, and collaborating with a broader national litigation platform. The firm offers a team-oriented environment with resources to support a growing practice.

Candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable client development track record in construction and real estate disputes are encouraged to apply.

Established partner-level experience in construction litigation and real estate disputes.
Proven trial and ADR advocacy skills; experience managing complex commercial matters.
Demonstrable client-development ability; a portable practice or book of business is preferred.
Licensed to practice in New Mexico (or able to obtain admission) and capable of supervising junior lawyers.
