Leading US law firm seeks a lateral partner to join and grow its construction and real estate litigation practice in Atlanta. The role will handle complex commercial disputes arising from construction projects and real estate transactions, lead case strategy, and oversee trial and arbitration work.

The partner will supervise associates, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development efforts. Candidates with an existing portable practice or demonstrable book of business in construction or real estate litigation are encouraged to apply.

Partner-level experience focused on construction and/or real estate litigation
Proven track record of managing complex commercial disputes, trials, and arbitrations
Ability to lead and develop teams and to manage client relationships
Demonstrable business development experience; portable practice welcomed
Active bar admission in Georgia or eligibility to become admitted
