Seeking an experienced litigation partner to lead and grow a construction and real estate disputes practice in the firm’s Austin office. The role involves handling complex commercial litigation matters arising out of construction projects and real estate transactions, including trial and appellate work.

This partner will work closely with local and regional clients and collaborate with transactional and risk-management teams across the platform. The position is suitable for a partner with an established, portable practice and a track record of winning business and developing client relationships.

Established partner with substantial experience in construction and real estate litigation
Proven trial and advocacy skills in state and federal courts
Demonstrated business development ability and a portable book of business
Admission to practice in Texas (or ability to become admitted)
