The role will lead and develop a team handling complex construction claims, contract disputes, and commercial real estate litigation for regional clients.

The ideal candidate will have an established litigation practice, strong technical experience in construction and real estate matters, and a track record of business development. The position offers leadership responsibility, opportunity to grow a portable practice, and collaboration with attorneys across practice groups.

Proven partner-level experience handling construction litigation and commercial real estate disputes
Established client relationships/portable practice preferred
Strong trial and negotiation skills; experience managing complex matters and teams
Demonstrated business development and practice-building ability
Bar admission in Idaho or ability to obtain admission
