Seeking a partner-level construction and real estate litigation lawyer to join a busy litigation team in Buffalo. The role focuses on commercial construction disputes and real estate-related contentious matters, including trial and arbitration work.

The firm is looking for an experienced litigator who can lead matters, develop client relationships, and mentor junior lawyers. A portable practice or developed client relationships in construction/real estate litigation would be welcome.

Established partner-level experience in construction and real estate litigation
Proven trial and/or arbitration experience handling commercial disputes
Ability to originate and grow client work; portable practice preferred
Strong leadership and mentoring skills for mid- to junior-level lawyers
Admission to practice in New York (or ability to obtain)
