Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand a construction-focused litigation practice within a busy Cleveland office. The role combines construction dispute work with transactional and contentious real estate matters, handling cases through trial, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.

The successful candidate will manage and mentor a team of litigation attorneys, cultivate client relationships and take ownership of high-stakes matters across the region. The firm is open to candidates with a portable practice and demonstrable client origination experience.

Admitted to practice in Ohio (or able to obtain admission promptly)
Established partner-level experience in construction litigation and real estate disputes
Track record of handling trials, arbitrations and ADR proceedings
Proven business development skills and willingness to bring or grow a portable practice
Strong leadership and team management abilities
