Established national law firm seeks a Lateral Partner to lead and grow a construction and real estate litigation practice in its Columbus office. The role will focus on managing complex construction disputes, representing owners, developers, contractors and related stakeholders in commercial litigation and arbitration.

The partner will supervise associates, collaborate with other practice groups on transactional and risk matters, and play a central role in business development and client relationship management. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome.

Proven partner-level experience handling construction and commercial real estate litigation.
Track record of managing cases through trial and arbitration and supervising litigation teams.
Strong client-development skills and ability to grow a portable practice.
Excellent writing, advocacy and interpersonal skills.
