The position requires a seasoned trial-ready lawyer who will manage client relationships, supervise associates, and work closely with cross-practice teams. The role offers significant responsibility for business development and practice leadership in the region.

Proven partner-level experience in construction litigation and related real estate disputes
Track record of handling complex commercial litigation and courtroom/trial experience
Established client relationships and demonstrated business development ability; portable book of business preferred
Experience supervising associates and contributing to practice growth and client service
Bar admission in Texas or eligibility to transfer/obtain admission
