Established national law practice is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Fresno office focusing on construction litigation and real estate matters. The role will handle contentious construction disputes, contract and lien issues, and related commercial litigation for regional clients.

The team offers a platform to lead cases through trial, supervise associates, and work closely with other offices on multi-jurisdictional matters. Candidates with an existing portable practice or demonstrable client relationships in construction or real estate litigation are encouraged to apply.

Experienced litigator with a focus on construction disputes and real estate-related litigation
Track record of trial and arbitration experience and managing significant cases
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships (portable book of business or clear business development pipeline preferred)
Active admission to the California bar or ability to obtain admission
