The role will handle high‑stakes commercial and construction matters across state and regional courts, supervising teams and managing complex discovery and trial preparation.

The right candidate will take a hands‑on role running cases, mentoring junior lawyers, and developing client relationships. The firm supports cross‑practice collaboration with real estate and transactional teams and offers resources for business development and practice growth.

Established trial and commercial construction litigation experience.
Proven ability to manage cases from pleadings through trial and appeals.
Strong client‑development skills and a track record of originating work; portable book of business welcomed.
Experience supervising associates and managing teams.
Active admission to the relevant state bar or willingness to obtain admission.
