Established national law firm seeks a Lateral Partner to lead and expand its construction and real estate litigation practice in Honolulu. The role focuses on commercial construction disputes, real estate litigation, and related regulatory matters.

The partner will manage complex cases, oversee litigation strategy and discovery, and appear in trial or arbitration as needed. Strong client-facing and business-development skills are essential; a portable practice or book of business is welcome.

You'll join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team with access to national resources while building a market-facing practice in Hawaii.

  • Proven partner-level experience handling construction and commercial real estate litigation.
  • Strong litigation and trial/arbitration record; experience managing matters from intake through resolution.
  • Demonstrable business development skills; portable practice or book of business desirable.
  • Admission to practice in Hawaii or ability to become admitted; excellent client communication and leadership skills.
