Seeking a seasoned litigation partner to lead and expand a construction-focused practice within a busy Houston office. The role will handle complex construction disputes, related real estate issues, and commercial litigation matters across state and federal courts.

This is an opportunity to lead client engagements, manage and mentor a litigation team, and play a visible role in business development. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to generate work is expected.

Established construction and commercial litigation experience (trial and appellate exposure preferred).
Strong background in construction-related real estate matters and dispute resolution.
Proven client-development skills and a track record of growing or bringing a portable practice.
Experience managing teams and mentoring associates.
Admission to the Texas bar (or eligibility) and ability to practice in federal courts.
