Seeking a partner-level litigator to join a practice focused on construction and commercial real estate disputes in Little Rock. The role emphasizes courtroom and arbitration work, management of complex construction-defect and contract matters, and oversight of litigation teams.

The hire will handle a full docket of commercial litigation matters, work closely with in-house and external clients, and contribute to practice growth through client development. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome.

Partner-level experience with a primary focus on construction and commercial real estate litigation.
Proven trial and/or arbitration experience handling complex disputes.
Strong client-development skills; portable business preferred.
Bar admission in Arkansas or ability to become admitted.
