Seeking a seasoned partner to join a well-established regional office to lead construction and real estate litigation matters. The role focuses on managing a mixed caseload of construction disputes, commercial real estate litigation, and related risk management for clients across the region.

The successful candidate will split time between client-facing work, courtroom advocacy, and mentoring junior litigators. There is an expectation to grow and help develop the local practice through business development and cross-office collaboration.

Established partner with substantial experience in construction litigation and commercial real estate disputes
Proven trial and motion practice; strong written and oral advocacy skills
Demonstrated ability to manage teams and supervise associates
Business development experience; a portable practice is welcome
Active bar admission in the hiring jurisdiction or willingness to obtain it
