Established regional law practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Milwaukee office to lead and grow construction and real estate litigation matters. The role focuses on managing trial-ready commercial and construction disputes, counseling owners, contractors and developers, and supervising junior lawyers.

The position offers a visible leadership role within a busy litigation team, with opportunities to develop client relationships, handle complex courtroom and arbitration matters, and mentor associates. The team works across related real estate and construction issues, including contract disputes, indemnity and defect claims, and commercial litigation.

Proven partner-level experience handling construction and commercial real estate litigation matters.
Strong trial and arbitration background with a record of managing complex cases and supervising teams.
Admission to practice in Wisconsin (or willingness to obtain) and good standing.
Track record of business development; a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships encouraged.
