Senior trial lawyer sought to join a well-established national practice in Nashville focusing on construction, real estate and related commercial disputes. The role combines courtroom and trial work with client-facing matter leadership across the construction lifecycle and real property matters.

The firm is growing its regional dispute-resolution platform and is looking for a partner who will lead cases, cultivate client relationships and mentor junior lawyers. This is an opportunity to build a portable practice and work on high-stakes commercial and construction litigation in Tennessee and the surrounding region.

Established partner-level experience in construction and real estate litigation (commercial disputes, design/build and contractor claims).
Proven trial and courtroom experience and ability to manage complex matters from intake through trial.
Track record of originating and cultivating client relationships; ability to bring or develop a portable practice.
Licensed (or able to be licensed) to practice in Tennessee and comfortable managing multi-jurisdictional matters.
