Well-established national law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its New York office to lead and grow a construction-focused litigation practice within the broader real estate team. The role will involve managing complex commercial construction disputes, advising owners, contractors and developers, and supervising litigation through trial and alternative dispute resolution.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative group that handles high-stakes matters across the region and nationally. This is a visible partnership opportunity for an experienced litigator who can both service significant matters and help develop business.

Established partner-level construction litigation practice with significant trial and arbitration experience
Proven record of handling complex commercial construction and real estate disputes
Track record of originating and developing client relationships; portable business welcomed
Bar admission in New York (or ability to obtain) and eligibility to practice in the United States
