Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Oklahoma City office to lead and expand the construction and real estate litigation practice. The role focuses on managing complex construction disputes, representing owners, contractors and developers, and handling related commercial litigation matters.

The position offers leadership of a regional litigation group, responsibility for client development, and the opportunity to work on high-value, contentious matters across the region. Candidates with an existing portable practice or demonstrable client relationships are encouraged to apply.

Proven partner-level experience in construction and real estate litigation.
Strong trial and dispute-resolution background; experience in complex commercial litigation preferred.
Demonstrated ability to originate and develop client relationships or a portable book of business.
Bar admission in Oklahoma or eligibility for admission.
Leadership skills and experience supervising associates and managing client teams.
