Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established regional practice handling construction, real estate and related commercial litigation matters. The role will focus on courtroom and pre-trial work as well as counseling clients on contract, risk-allocation and dispute-avoidance strategies.

The team serves a mix of owner, contractor and developer clients across the region; the successful candidate will step into an active litigation docket and collaborate with a cross-office group on complex construction disputes.

Established construction and commercial litigation track record; courtroom and trial experience preferred.
Admitted to the relevant state bar and able to practice in Maine.
Strong client-development skills; portable practice or demonstrable client relationships are highly desirable.
Ability to manage matters from intake through trial and supervise junior lawyers and staff.
