Senior litigation partner role for an established practice group focused on construction and real estate disputes. The position is based in Raleigh and will lead client matters from strategy through trial and dispute resolution.

Ideal for an experienced construction litigator who can manage high-stakes cases, supervise associates, and work across transactional and contentious real estate matters. The hiring team values a demonstrated ability to win complex disputes and to develop client relationships regionally.

Portable practice or book of business is welcome and will be considered as part of the candidacy.

Admission to practice in the relevant state and active bar status.
Proven partner-level experience in construction litigation and real estate disputes.
Track record of leading trials, arbitrations, or complex motion practice.
Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and managing client engagements.
Business development capability; a portable practice is advantageous.
