Seeking a seasoned litigation partner to lead and grow a construction and real estate disputes practice from the firm’s Sacramento office. The role focuses on construction defect, contract disputes, and related commercial litigation for owners, developers, and contractors.

The hire will handle trial-ready matters, supervise associates, and work closely with transactional and construction teams on risk management and dispute avoidance. A portable practice or established client relationships will be advantageous for immediate impact.

California bar admission and active litigation practice in the state
Established partner-level experience in construction litigation and related real estate disputes
Proven courtroom and trial experience with ability to supervise and mentor junior lawyers
Demonstrated client development skills; portable business helpful
