Experienced trial partner sought to join a leading US law firm’s San Francisco office to lead and expand construction-related litigation and real estate disputes. The role will handle commercial construction claims, contract disputes, and related property litigation for a diverse client base.

This is a partner-level opportunity for an attorney with an established litigation practice and a demonstrated track record of courtroom and client-facing work. The firm is looking for someone who can both manage complex matters and contribute to business development; a portable practice or ability to originate work is desirable.

Partner-level litigation experience handling construction and real estate disputes
Proven trial and courtroom experience, including managing litigation teams
Strong client development and relationship skills; ability to generate or bring in work
Licensed to practice in California (or eligible) and able to work from the San Francisco office
