Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Silicon Valley office to lead construction-related disputes and real estate litigation. The role will handle complex commercial and construction matters across the region, supervise associate teams, and collaborate with other practice groups on transactional and dispute-resolution work.

The ideal candidate will have an established construction litigation practice and the ability to develop and expand client relationships. This position offers significant client-facing responsibility, case leadership, and opportunities to grow a portable practice.

Significant experience handling construction disputes and commercial real estate litigation at partner or senior counsel level
Proven track record of case management, courtroom experience, and supervising teams
Demonstrated business development and client relationship skills; portable book of business welcome
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (California bar admission preferred)
