Seeking a lateral partner to grow and lead a construction and real estate litigation practice in Southern Illinois. The role involves managing trial and dispute-resolution work across construction claims, property disputes, and related commercial litigation, while mentoring junior litigators and developing client relationships.

The team handles matters for owners, contractors, developers and insurers; the partner will take primary responsibility for case strategy, client contact, and business development in the region. Partner-level experience in construction litigation and real estate disputes, with courtroom/trial experience preferred.
Proven track record of client development and relationship management; portable book of business welcomed.
Ability to supervise associates, delegate matter workstreams, and manage case budgets and staffing.
Bar admission in Illinois (or ability to gain admission) and eligibility to practice in the relevant federal courts.
