Experienced construction and real estate litigator sought to join a well-established regional practice in Spokane. The role focuses on handling construction disputes, commercial real estate litigation, and related transactional risk counseling for a diverse client base.

The position is partnership-track at the partner level and is suited to an attorney with a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships in construction and real estate matters. You will lead matters, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with cross-office teams on complex disputes.

Established partner-level experience in construction litigation and/or real estate litigation.
Demonstrable trial and/or arbitration experience handling construction disputes preferred.
Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Washington; admission to relevant state bar required.
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable practice welcome.
