Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its St. Louis litigation team with a primary focus on construction and real estate disputes. The role combines courtroom work and counseling for owners, contractors, and developers on complex commercial matters.

The successful candidate will handle significant construction-defect, contract, and related commercial litigation matters across state and federal courts, supervise associates, and work closely with transactional colleagues on risk mitigation and project disputes.

A portable practice is welcome; the role includes responsibility for developing and growing regional client relationships and contributing to firm business development and leadership initiatives.

Established partner with substantial experience in construction litigation and related real estate disputes
Proven courtroom experience and ability to manage complex commercial litigation matters
Track record of originating or developing client relationships; portable practice preferred
Admissions or eligibility to practice in Missouri (or willingness to waive/seek admission)
Experience supervising associates and participating in business development
