The successful candidate will handle significant construction-defect, contract, and related commercial litigation matters across state and federal courts, supervise associates, and work closely with transactional colleagues on risk mitigation and project disputes.
A portable practice is welcome; the role includes responsibility for developing and growing regional client relationships and contributing to firm business development and leadership initiatives.
- Established partner with substantial experience in construction litigation and related real estate disputes
- Proven courtroom experience and ability to manage complex commercial litigation matters
- Track record of originating or developing client relationships; portable practice preferred
- Admissions or eligibility to practice in Missouri (or willingness to waive/seek admission)
- Experience supervising associates and participating in business development
