Seeking a lateral partner to join a national law firm’s Tampa office to lead construction-related disputes and associated real estate litigation. The role focuses on managing complex commercial construction matters, representing owners, contractors and stakeholders, and handling dispositive motion practice and trials.

The partner will supervise and develop a local litigation team, collaborate with lawyers across the firm’s broader platform, and advance client relationships through active business development. Portable practice and a demonstrated ability to originate and grow work are welcome.

Established track record in construction litigation and commercial real estate disputes
Extensive trial and motion experience; courtroom-ready
Proven experience leading teams and mentoring associates
Active bar admission in Florida (or ability to gain reciprocity)
Business development capability; portable practice preferred
