Apply in confidence →An established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its construction and real estate litigation practice in the Washington, D.C. office. The role will handle complex commercial and construction disputes, oversee trial and appellate work, and manage client relationships across public- and private-sector matters.
The partner will supervise associates, collaborate with cross-practice teams on related real estate and transactional issues, and play an active role in business development and client retention. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination ability is welcome.
- Proven partner-level experience handling construction and commercial real estate litigation matters.
- Track record of courtroom and arbitration experience and managing complex matters from intake through resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development efforts; portable practice preferred.
- Admission to the D.C. bar or ability to become admitted; strong academic and professional references.
