Senior lateral partner opportunity to lead and grow a construction and real estate litigation practice in the firm's Westchester office. The role focuses on counseling owners, developers, contractors and lenders on construction disputes, contract claims, indemnity and related real estate litigation matters.

You'll join a national practice with a steady flow of contentious work and will be expected to manage complex cases, mentor junior lawyers, and develop client relationships. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination record is welcome.

Significant trial and litigation experience in construction- and real estate-related disputes.
Proven ability to lead matter teams and manage client relationships.
Track record of business development; portable practice preferred.
Bar admission in New York (or ability to obtain admission) and willingness to be based in Westchester.
