Top-tier international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its busy Atlanta corporate team. The role will focus on leading M&A (including private equity), capital markets mandates, and technology-related transactional work, with opportunities to collaborate across IP and securities practices.

The firm is experiencing growth in key U.S. offices and seeks partners who can develop client relationships, lead cross-practice deals, and help expand an existing technology and emerging-company practice. Candidates should be comfortable working on complex, high-value matters for corporate, life sciences, financial services and technology clients.

Proven partner-level track record in M&A, private equity, and/or capital markets; significant experience on technology or emerging-growth transactions preferred.
Demonstrable ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable book of business welcomed.
Strong commercial judgment and experience leading cross-practice teams (IP, securities and technology transactions).
Bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction; willingness to be based in or relocate to Atlanta.
