Well-established international firm is seeking a lateral partner to grow a combined corporate and commercial litigation bench in its Baltimore office. The role emphasizes high‑value corporate transactions and big‑ticket commercial disputes across regulated and technology‑driven sectors.

Preference will be given to established teams that can expand transactional capacity and litigation capability. The role will focus on work for clients in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and related industries, with cross‑border matters and matters originating from major U.S. and international markets.

The firm is looking for a partner with a portable practice and demonstrable client relationships who can quickly contribute to originating and executing larger, complex matters.

Established partner with substantial experience in both corporate transactions (including M&A) and commercial litigation.
Proven track record in at least one of the target sectors: life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, or automotive.
Preference for team moves or partners who can expand a practice group rather than solo lateral moves.
Demonstrable client relationships / portable practice and business development capability; experienced in originating and closing significant matters.
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and ability to handle cross‑border matters.
